‘Mockingjay’ The Execution of La Voy Finicum

Paul Preston discusses his recent interview with Victoria Sharp.  Victoria was the 18 girl who was in La Voy Finicum's truck when La Voy was murdered by the FBI, Harney County, Oregon Sheriff and the Oregon State Police. Victoria recounts the afternoon and explains in detail the killing of La Voy, what prompted La Voy to drive away from the first stop and what the FBI did as they stood over his body.  Paul developed a list of the realities of the Finicum murder: 

Since the shooting death of La Voy Finicum and the narrative has been set by the FBI to the main stream media we need to state the obvious about the incident:

1. The killing of La Voy Finicum was NOT a shoot out. Many in the media are reporting the action as a shoot out.  In order to have a shoot out there needs to be two opposing shooters. NOT in this case.  ALL the shots fired were fired by Federal Bureau of Investigation, Harney County Sheriffs Department and the Oregon State Police.
2. There was never a gun or other weapon unholstered or touched by La Voy Finicum or the three in La Voy’s truck.
3. In the first stop of Finicum’s truck where Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne were taken into custody a shot was fired at La Voys truck at Ryan Payne as he and La Voy were complying with the requests of the Oregon State Police to put their hands out the window so they can be seen.
4. La Voy may have been shot as truck went into snow bank.
5. There were hundreds of rounds, flash bang and tear gas fired at La Voy’s truck with occupants inside wanting to surrender. Ryan Bundy was wounded in hail of gun fire.
6. FBI agents gave NO medical attention to La Voy Finicum.
7. Agents stood over La Voy’s body, laughed and celebrated shooting Finicum

Hillary Clinton e-mail are again at issue with the release of 22 ultra secret messages found on here private server.  Paul explains the serverity of the current release of e-mails because they show that Clinton had information contained on her private server that was wide open for the world to see from ultra secret ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI. SAP includes “dark projects,” such as drone operations, while SCI protects intelligence sources and methods.

“It takes a very conscious effort to move a classified email or cable from the classified systems over to the unsecured open

 system and then send it to Hillary Clinton’s personal email account,” said Raymond Fournier, a veteran Diplomatic Security

 Service special agent. “That’s no less than a two-conscious-step process.”

Top Secret/SCI emails received by Clinton include a 2012 staff ­email sent to the then-secretary containing investigative data about Benghazi terrorist suspects wanted by the FBI and sourcing a regional security officer. They also include a 2011 message from Clinton’s top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi.

“Receiving Top Secret SAP intelligence outside secure channels is a mortal sin,” said Chris Farrell, director of investigations for Judicial Watch, the Washington-based public law firm that has successfully sued State for Clinton’s emails.

“A regular government employee would be crucified, and they are, routinely,” added Farrell, who as a former Army counterintelligence agent investigated such violations.

Paul Preston reports on the killing of La Voy Finicum.  Paul gives the details of the killing including those agencies most involved. Robert La Voy Finicum the controversial rancher from Arizona who was standing along side Ammon Bundy in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation as the protestor’s ‘spokesperson’ was executed by the Oregon State Police and Harney County Sheriff as they worked alongside their federal ‘partners’ the FBI. In a joint effort involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Harney County Sheriffs Department and the Oregon State Police they developed a ‘tactical’ plan devised to put an end to Oregon’s Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation by Ammon Bundy and his protestors.

Extensive coverage of the ambush murder of La Voy Finicum by the FBI, Harney County Sheriff and the Oregon State Police includes revealing statements made by Harney County Sheriff David Ward the press conference following the shooting of Finicum. Ward at the conference reveals the real reason for the ambush which was to prevent the people from Harny County from exercising their 1st Amendment rights. Paul plays the audio off the you tube of the only eye witness to the murder of La Voy made by Victoria Sharp. Victoria is the only eye witness and says she saw an unarmed La Voy with his hands up walking toward the police when they fired three shots into him.  As he was on the ground officers fired three more shots into his lifeless body.
